The present invention discloses a toaster providing an optional pattern on the surface of bread. The toaster according to the present invention comprises: a drawing board insertion groove which is located in the upper side of a cooking space part and in which a drawing board for schematizing the optional pattern on the surface of bread is inserted; a transfer device which responds to the actuating signal from an actuating switch and settles the drawing board on the surface of bread, and which is installed in both sides of the cooking space part; a juice discharge nozzle discharging juice from the rear of the cooking space part to the drawing board; and a control device which controls discharge of the juice depend on the presence of bread in the drawing board and cooking space part and guides discharge of the drawing board, then allows toasting. The drawing board comprises: a permeable unit corresponding to the optional pattern to allow the juice to be penetrated and sprayed onto the surface of the bread; and a non permeable unit, an area except the permeable unit, which prevents the juice from being penetrated and sprayed onto the surface of the bread. The present invention is able to secure the cooking stability since the pattern is formed on the surface of the bread by spraying the juice onto the surface of the bread to be corresponded to the pattern, then toasting the bread. |
