The present invention relates to a learning apparatus and a method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a Phonics English learning apparatus based on storytelling and touch, which performs teaching together with characters through a story, introduces a learner to touch leaning content, and provides an English learning method according to a Phonics learning method, and to a method thereof.
