Provided is a tool for gripping a workpiece comprising a base which has an insertion part at one side and a pair of moving guides in parallel around the insertion part; a drive motor which is installed in the state of being inserted into the insertion part; a pair of moving blocks which is slid on each moving guide and moves straight on the moving guide by receiving rotary power from the drive motor; a pair of first jaws which is installed at the moving block to face each other and grips an object in a pressurization state while moving corresponding to the movement of the moving block; and a pair of second jaws which is installed to be extended to the outside of each first jaw and grips a bigger object that that of the first jaw while moving corresponding to the movement of the moving block. The tool for gripping a workpiece has the moving block to be slid by the operation of the drive motor on the moving guide of the base and grips the object in the pressurization state when the first jaw and the second jaw moving corresponding to the movement of the moving block are connected on the moving block. Therefore, the tool for gripping a workpiece selectively grips the object by arranging the object between the first jaws or the second jaws according to the sizes of the object. |
