The present invention relates to a metal member which can supply a metal texture to metallic members which are easy in surface oxidation, such as magnesium, magnesium alloy, aluminum, aluminum alloy, titanium, titanium alloy, copper, copper alloy, silver and silver alloy, through surface treatment, such as passivity layers, protective layers, and anti-fingerprint layers, and which can enhance corrosion resistance and anti-fingerprint properties and shield electromagnetic waves. The metal member according to the present invention comprises: a structure pattern formed on the surface of one side of a substrate layer; a passivity layer formed on the structure pattern by a reaction with an alcohol-based or ketone-based passivity solution in a state where the substrate layer on which the structure pattern is formed is deposited in the passivity solution heated at temperature of heat for passivity treatment for 1 second to 30 minutes; a protective layer which is a film in thickness of 0.2 to 20μm formed to protect the structure pattern; and a passivity layer formed on the surface of the other side of the substrate layer opposed to the protective layer. |
