Disclosed is a vibration spot welding device. The vibration spot welding device includes a pair of vibration welders facing each other around metal plates laid on top of the other to heat and vibrate the welding portions of the metal plates to generate plastic flow, wherein each vibration welder includes: an electrode having a through hole formed thereon to heat the metal plates laid on top of each other by the application of current thereto; a cylinder mounted on the rear end portion of the electrode to receive the pressure with which vibrations are applied to the welding portions; a vibration piston having front and rear end portions connected to each other, the rear end portion thereof being located within the cylinder to receive the pressure and the front end portion thereof being passed through the cylinder to linearly reciprocate in the through hole of the electrode by means of the pressure; a pressuring piston located in the cylinder to transmit the pressure formed in the cylinder to the vibration piston; a rotation inducing member fixed to the through hole of the electrode in such a manner as to surround the front end portion of the vibration piston and adapted to convert the linear movement of the vibration piston into the rotary movement; and an agitation screw located on the front end portion of the vibration piston and agitating the welding portions through the rotary movement of the vibration piston.
