The apparatus includes a support plate, a first rotation plate disposed on the support plate and parallel to the support plate, the first rotation plate being rotatable parallel to the support plate, a second rotation plate hinge-coupled to the first rotation plate, the second rotation plate being rotatable about a hinge shaft, a protractor configured to read an angle between the first rotation plate and the second rotation plate; and a measuring unit including a compass disposed on the second rotation plate. |
