The present invention relates to a floodgate winch with an overload sliding device, which can drive a floodgate to open and close a waterway by rotating a driving member through the rotary force generated from a motor. The floodgate winch of the present invention comprises: an overload sliding device which includes: an operating gear installed to rotate around one of multiple driving shafts rotated by the rotary force generated from a motor, installed to be separated from the driving shaft to rotate independently of the driving shaft, and having a cylindrical drum unit formed on one surface thereof to extend in the direction parallel to the driving shaft; a boss installed on the driving shaft to rotate with the driving shaft and partially inserted into the drum unit; a shoe arranged between the drum unit and the boss; a lining installed on the inner peripheral surface of the shoe to be positioned between the boss and the shoe; and a roller installed in the shoe to be positioned between the drum unit and the shoe. A groove into which the roller is inserted is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the shoe, which faces the inner peripheral surface of the drum unit, to extend along the circumference of the shoe. One end and the other end of the groove have different depths and thus the depth of the groove becomes smaller from one end to the other end. |
