The present invention relates to an operation apparatus for a multi-disc clutch of a vehicle. The operation apparatus for a multi-disc clutch of a vehicle drives a pressure plate by using a motor to control the driving point of the clutch accurately, and forms a gradient step pulley on the pressure plate and on a reaction plate to accurately control the moving distance of the pressure plate by the steps. The operation apparatus includes: a reaction plate with the gradient step pulley formed on; a pressure plate which is installed to be symmetrical with the reaction plate and has the gradient step pulley formed on and a gear unit formed on an outer peripheral surface; a clutch pack which generates a friction force as being pressed; a motor which generates a rotatory power; and a transfer gear which is installed on the rotatory power and is coupled to the gear unit of the pressure plate by a gear coupling. |
