A probe device for a solar module measurement device is a measurement probe device used for measuring the output attributes of a solar module to measure the normal operation status of the solar module. The probe device is shifted up and down by an elastic member when the probe device touches an output terminal of the solar module to ensure a contact force to be even while preventing the contact point of the output terminal of the solar module and the probe device to prevent a spark from occurring in the contacting process, thereby extending the life of the solar module and reduce the measurement errors. |
