Disclosed is a FRP wastewater treatment apparatus using a vortex-type aerator. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the FRP wastewater treatment apparatus using a vortex-type aerator includes a microbial ecology mutation tank as one of functional tanks arranged in the FRP wastewater treatment apparatus. The microbial ecology mutation tank induces microorganisms to be auto-oxidized and provides the auto-oxidized microorganisms to an aerator. Moreover, the FRP wastewater treatment apparatus using a vortex-type aerator additionally includes a biofilm tank which is located between a sedimentation tank and a sterilizing/discharging tank, and has a contact filter member and the vortex-type aerator arranged therein. Thereby, the efficiency of the wastewater treatment is increased.
