摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a carbon nanotube thin film which forms a carbon nanotube thin film with high mechanical strength according to a filtration method by using multi-walled carbon nanotubes as main materials and is able to produce materials suitable to the stripper foil of an accelerator and the configuration of a foil form requiring high mechanical strength. The manufacturing method for a carbon nanotube thin film according to the present invention comprises: a step of mixing multi-wall carbon nanotubes (thin-MWCNT) in de-ionized water (DI water) in which sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) is dissolved, and treating the mixed solution with ultrasonic waves at the output of 450 W; a step of filtering the multi-wall carbon nanotubes which are not dispersed in the mixed solution through a centrifuge; a step of putting the mixed solution, in which the multi-wall carbon nanotubes which are not dispersed through the centrifuge are filtered, into a vacuum filtration device in which an AAO membrane filter is arranged; a step of forming a multi-wall carbon nanotube thin film on the upper side of the AOA filter by vacuumizing the lower part of the vacuum filtration device with a vacuum pump; and a step of drying the multi-wall carbon nanotube thin film of the upper side of the AAP filter at room temperatures.
