摘要 PURPOSE: A phosphorescent material having high triplet energy is provided to improve the efficiency of electroluminescence devices, and to prevent the reduction of luminous efficiency in case of using for a light-emitting material layer thereby using for a hole transport layer or an electron transport layer. CONSTITUTION: Phosphorescent material is in chemical formula 1, In chemical formula 1, X, Y, and Z is respectively selected from carbon and nitrogen, at least one of them is nitrogen, and R1, R2 and R3 is respectively selected from hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, an aliphatic compound, an aromatic compound, an alkylsilyl compound, an arylsilyl compound, an alkoxy compound, an aryloxy compound, an alkyl phosphoryl group, an alkyl sulfurly group, an aryl sulfurly group, an alkyl amino group, and an aryl amino group.
