PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of healthy salt is provided to manufacture healthy salt by heating natural salt, adding Glycyrrhiza uralensis FISCH and Angelica gigas Nakai then heating. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of healthy salt comprises the steps of: (a) adding natural salt in an open container, and evaporating moisture in the salt by heating; (b) adding Glycyrrhiza uralensis FISCH and Angelica gigas Nakai to the outcome from the previous step and heating for 2-10 minutes; (c) and removing the Glycyrrhiza uralensis FISCH and Angelica gigas Nakai from the outcome from the previous step. 10-40wt% of Glycyrrhiza uralensis FISCH and 10-40wt% of Angelica gigas Nakai are added to 100wt% of salt. |
