The present invention relates to a waste incineration apparatus which is able to efficiently utilize thermal energy which is generated when treating waste while treating various wastes by a combustion. The waste incineration apparatus by the present invention includes: an incinerator which has an incineration chamber and an incinerated waste discharge chamber; a filter which is arranged between the incineration chamber and the incinerated waste discharge chamber; an ignition device for igniting waste which is put in the incineration chamber; an air injection pipe for injecting air to waste which is fired in the incineration chamber; a side cover wall which is arranged to be separated from the side of the incinerator in the outside of the incinerator; a spiral division member which forms a spiral exhaust path between the side of the incinerator and the side cover wall; exhaust treatment equipment which filters air which is discharged through an air outlet hole by being connected to the air outlet hole which is arranged in the side cover wall; a water flow pipe which is arranged in a spiral shape along the exhaust path and has an end in an exhaust part extended to the outside of the exhaust path; and water supply equipment which supplies water to the water flow pipe.
