The present invention provides a semiconductor device electric power and a method of manufacturing the same. A semiconductor device for electric power according to the present invention satisfies soldering reliability and thermal heat radiation property by using a conductor which has a horizontal preferred orientation and a vertical preferred orientation, as a lead frame. In addition, excellent thermal shock reliability and electrical conductivity are obtained.
