The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high-grade metal concentrate by eliminating arsenic. The method for manufacturing a high-grade metal concentrate according to the present invention is for separating arsenic-containing minerals including arsenic and target minerals comprising a useful metal in pulp, by a flotation of the pulp formed by crushing an ore comprising the useful metal and putting the pulverized ore into water for the flotation. The method for manufacturing a high-grade metal concentrate forms a calcium sulfoaluminate-based hydrate on the surface of the arsenic-containing minerals in the flotation process to hydrophilize the arsenic-containing minerals and separate the arsenic-containing minerals.
