<p>Provided is a method for listing and sorting a primitive of a tile-based graphics rendering system in which a primitive list can be prepared in at least two different sub-area sets of a render target area. The present invention includes a step (S62) for determining two or more alternative solutions which list a primitive for a rendering by using at least two sub-areas among at least two different sub-area sets of a render target area which is able to prepare a primitive list; a step (S63) in which a cost function is used to evaluate a cost for listing the primitive of each determined and alternative primitive listing solution; and a step (S64) in which a primitive listing mode for being used afterward is selected based on the cost evaluation. A desirable embodiment uses an adaptive cost function which can be modified when being used based on a cost analysis for the primitive listing process which is actually experienced when being used.</p> |
