The present invention provides a helmet for leisure sports, which includes a cap body (10) for protecting the head of a wearer, and a plurality of cushion strips (12) removably attached to the outer surface of the cap body (10). The cap body (10) includes: an inner cover (14) such as a cotton fabric of a single layer or a multilayer or a quilted pad of the cotton fabric; an outer cover (16) formed of water resistant paper having a water resistant function or a water repellent function; and a buffer material (18), such as latex foam with a buffer function, disposed between the inner cover (14) and the outer cover (16). The cushion strips (12) have a structure in which a buffer material (22) functioning as a cushion such as latex foam or carbon granules is inserted in cover paper (20) having a water resistant function. The cushion strips (12) are attached to the outer surface of the cap body (10) by a removable adhesive means and are disposed on the outer surface of the cap body (10) in an air flow direction. |
