The present invention relates to a food waste disposal apparatus. The food waste disposal apparatus improves dehumidification and drying efficiency by including: a control box; a drying chamber which dries food waste which is inputted by the control of the control box; a stirring motor which provides rotary force for a stirring shaft which stirs the food waste which is accommodated in the drying chamber; a sealing casing which is arranged in the upper part of the drying chamber and is supplied with air which contains moisture which is generated during the drying of the food waste which is accommodated in the drying chamber through a first duct which is connected to the drying chamber; a heat exchanger which comprises an evaporator, a reheater, and a condenser which are consecutively installed inside the sealing casing; and a first air blower which guides air with increased temperature to a second duct which is connected to the sealing casing and sends the guided air to the inside of the drying chamber through a third duct which is connected to the drying chamber as well as removes moisture by passing the air through the evaporator, reheater, and condenser of the heat exchanger consecutively. |
