A thrust generating device for a floater according to the present invention comprises: a support shaft supporting multiple parts and selectively fixated at one side of a support fixated and disposed at the floater; one and more rotary bars freely rotating on the support shaft; multiple thrust blades freely rotating at one side of the rotary bars, coming into contact with a fluid and generating the thrust; a force providing means providing a rotary force for the rotary bars; and a force transforming unit embedded in the rotary bars, making both sides be coupled to the support shaft and the thrust blades and transferring the force, provided for the rotary bars, to the thrust blades. Therefore, the thrust generating device can maximize the amount of the thrust by maintaining the phases of the thrust blades. A phase conversion unit is selectively equipped for providing selectively the rotary force for the support shaft and converting the phases of the thrust blades. So the device can adjust the size of the thrust generated by the thrust blades against the fluid. |
