The present invention relates to a composition containing clitocybin derivatives as active ingredients for suppressing vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation and a pharmaceutical composition or a functional food composition containing the derivatives as active ingredients for preventing, treating, or alleviating vascular smooth muscle cell hyperproliferative disease.
