PERFORMANCE UPGRADE METHOD OF PROCESSOR FOR THE FLY-BY-WIRE FLIGHT CONTROL COMPUTER

PURPOSE: A method for improving the processor performance of an electronic flight control computer is provided to supply a code analysis and implementation method according to processor replacement when the latest high performance processor is installed in the flight control computer. CONSTITUTION: A former CPU is changed to the latest CPU and the performance of the latest CPU is compared to the former CPU. An external interrupt function provided by the latest CPU is analyzed in an Operational Flight Program (OFP) to be implemented. A flight control software is implemented by analyzing an inner interrupt and timer interrupt function provided by the latest CPU. A task re-schedule is analyzed to be implemented in the OFP.
