The present invention relates to a method of removing a paint remaining in an airless pump for painting a ship. In detail, a method of removing a paint remaining in an airless pump for painting a ship includes an airless pump disassembling step of disassembling an airless pump into parts, an airless pump heat-treating step of arranging the disassembled airless pump in a heating furnace to be heat-treated; an airless pump cooling step of naturally cooling the airless pump heat-treated; and an airless pump assembling step of assembling the cooled airless pump. According to the present invention, when paint remaining in the airless pump is removed after a ship is painted by using the airless pump, the residual paint may be removed from the airless pump in an indirect radiant heat scheme without the physical damage of the airless pump, so that the airless pump may be prevented from being damaged. In addition, when the paint remaining in the airless pump is removed, a gas harmful to the human body is prevented from being generated, so that the health of a worker is prevented from being damaged due to the harmful gas and surrounding air is prevented from being polluted. |
