FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and deals with a method of identification of K-antigen Streptococcus pneumoniae for serological diagnostics of circulating strains of pneumococcus by setting reaction of agglutination on glass with application of a definite set of diagnostic agglutinative pneumococcus serums, which consists of 4 pool serums, in a composition of which the following antibodies to K-antigens are contained: 23F, 19F, 6A, 7F, 4, 14, in the second pool serum: 19F, 18C, 9V, 6B, 4, 5, 14, in the third pool serum: 6A, 9V, 19A, 1, 4, 5, 14, in the fourth pool serum: 7F, 6B, 1, 3, 5, 14.EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of labour consumption, reduction of labour intensity, simplicity, result evaluation objectivity in terms (2-3 times), shorter than in a prototype.13 ex |
