A unit for frying products of grain origin comprises a frying drum with a heat-insulating case, mounted on the horizontal shaft, combined with an grain agitator with an electric drive, a heating element and a cooler with a cooling basket, equipped with air channels for passing a drying agent, combined into a united structure as a unit. Said structure is equipped with a funnel for loading grain products, a tray for collecting dust and rubbish, a control probe, a window for visual control and unloading doors. The heating element is arranged under the frying drum. The drum is made of whole-sheet steel with a copper coating. The grain agitator is equipped with blades as a screw conveyer with said blades fixed on the internal surface of the drum for continuous agitating of grains while they are moving and frying. In the unit the following equipment is additionally configured: a commutation box, connected with the funnel loading grain products and with the upper horizontal ventilation channel with a fan exhauster at the outlet and a cyclone for collecting wastes, dust and rubbish. The cooling basket is made of perforated steel, and the cooler is additionally equipped with a mixer with an electric drive and structurally connected with a lower horizontal ventilation channel with a fan exhauster at the outlet and with a cyclone for collecting wastes, dust and rubbish. |
