The vegetable cutter comprises a tank, a body, a drive with a vertical rotary shaft, knives, an unloading tray. In the body of a cylindrical shape along the generatrices longitudinal cuts are made, and on the outer surface of the body of a cylindrical shape the knives are fixed immovably in such a manner that blades thereof come out into the internal hollow of the body of a cylindrical shape through the longitudinal cuts. In doing so from below a bottom as a disk with a center hole is immovably fixed to the body of a cylindrical shape. It comprises a vertically rotary shaft of a drive, on said shaft a helix with blades, arranged tangentially, is fixed immovably. A case is immovably fixed to the body of a cylindrical shape forming a chamber between the body of a cylindrical shape and the case, and the case is immovably fixed with the unloading tray. |
