The present invention relates to a foam type make up cosmetic composition and more specifically, to a foam type make up cosmetic composition comprising hydrophobic powder, water and polyol. The polyol is alcohol which comprises two or more hydroxy groups and 1-6 carbons. The polyol is selected from a group consisting of propylene glycol, butylene glycol, and glycerol.
