An apparatus and a method for sending a reply in a lump and a recording medium thereof are provided to remove cumbersome things that a message originator is individually searched or manually inputted when sending a reply. A message batch reply apparatus comprises a list output unit(110), a key input unit(160), an originating number extracting unit(120), a receiving number input unit(130), and a message transmitting unit(140). The key input unit comprises a plurality of keys. The key input unit performs receiving message selection, message batch transmission function activation, and key input for batch reply message input. The receiving number input unit applies originating numbers extracted from the originating number extracting unit to receiving numbers of the batch reply message. And the receiving number input unit outputs receiving numbers of the batch reply message on a screen. |
