The present invention relates to a device for evaluating reliability of a surge protector for power and signals, capable of measuring the deterioration status of the surge protector without separating the surge protector while the system is installed regardless of the installation status of an MOV and the existence of an auxiliary circuit for additional functions, thereby examining the current status of the surge protector and improving the reliability of the system. The device includes an inverter-type power supply device, a voltage/current measuring device, and an embedded system for analysis.
