摘要

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting metastasis of lung cancer, containing fibulin-3 protein as an active ingredient. More particularly, the fibulin-3 protein can be practically used as an active ingredient in a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting metastasis of lung cancer by remarkably reducing an epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) function which is an important path for metastasis of cancer cells to inhibit the motion of cells such as migration by the fibulin-3 protein.
