The present invention relates to a charging device and a wireless charging device capable of easily showing the completion of charging by using a single-color display device when a fully-charged device is being recharged. The charging device includes a power supply unit which supplies charge power; a charging unit which delivers the charge power from the power supply unit to an external device for charging; a charging control unit which controls the charging status of the charging unit; a display unit which displays the charging status according to the control of the charging control unit and stops displaying the charging status if the device to be charged is fully charged; and a delay unit which delays stoppage of displaying by the display unit for a preset period of time if the device to be charged is fully charged.
