A method for heat utilization of the drying agent of the plant for preparation of pulverized coal for blowing into the hearth of one or more blast furnace involves the production of a drying agent in the heat generator by combustion in its burner of one or more low-calorie gas fuel and high-calorie fuel gas and combustion air, supplying of the drying agent through the coal charge in the grinding unit of coal grinding, supplying pulverized coal using a drying agent in a device for separating the finished coal dust fraction, supplying fine particles via chimney into cleaning device of the conveying drying agent, the release of purified drying agent into the air. Additionally it contains utilization the heat of the drying agent by heating one or more low-calorie fuel gas and combustion air in heat exchangers, where the drying agent is supplied, which is discharged from the cleaning device conveying of the drying agent, reheated and one or more low-calorie fuel gas and combustion air are fed to the burner of the heat generator then the flow of cold high-energy fuel gas and combustion air which are fed to the combustion into the burner is regulated by heat source temperature of the resulting drying agent, measured in the heat source, as well as by the temperatures of warmed low-calorie fuel gas and combustion air. |
