A mini unit for thermal treatment of wire stock, preferably sorbitizing and bainiting, comprises mechanism for the stock pulling, heating furnace with the sluice chamber filled with graphite powder, a cooling chamber that is divided into sections with a particulate material, the first and the last of which are formed cooled and the medium is heated. The sluice chamber is located in a heating furnace and equipped with nozzles for inlet and outlet of gas, and the sections of the cooling chamber in the form of plug-in modules are installed with a possibility of movement relatively to the longitudinal axis of a mini-aggregate. |
