The present invention provides a learning management system based on learning achievement and a method thereof capable of effectively offering motivation to learners and an interesting method and of enabling the learners to achieve a goal and a plan. The present invention comprises an interface unit, a bonus point calculating unit, a payment processing unit, a fund success matching unit, a success distribution calculating unit, and a storing unit. The interface unit receives user information and funding information for learning management from a user and transmits result information according to goal achievement. The bonus point calculating unit expects a success probability by comparing an inputted goal score with statistical data according to the history information for each learning score and calculates a bonus ratio by using the expected success probability. The payment processing unit pays funding money for learning bonus funding according to a goal score used in the bonus ratio calculated in the bonus point calculating unit. The fund success matching unit confirms the success of the learning bonus funding by comparing the inputted goal score with an evaluated score. The success distribution calculating unit calculates the bonus according to success and fail by applying the bonus ratio and the funding money. The storing unit stores the user information, the funding information, the result information, and the history information for each learning score. |
