Shears for cutting roll stock comprise blades with holes. On a common central axle of shears inner and outer sleeves are mounted, in each the blades are mirror fixedly mounted, on each at least one through hole is mirror made. The inner sleeve is mounted with partial or complete approach into the inner part of outer sleeve and with covering a part of the outer surface of the blade secured in the outer sleeve. The sleeves are rotatably mounted together with their blades and the shears are made with possibility of mounting elements for rotation and/or holding blades. |
