The invention relates to the field of heat engineering and is intended for use in heat exchange apparatuses with different constructions. A heat exchange pipe includes a hollow hermetic cylinder with coaxial outer and inner surfaces, at its outer surface long parallel ribs are uniformly arranged, those are made of material same to that of the cylinder. The ribs are arranged as wound at outer surface of the spiral in sinusoidal configuration, at that the ribs in cross section are arranged in trapezium-like form, with rounded angles at the basis at right central angle with respect to each other. The height of the ribs over the outer surface of the tube is from 0.1 to 0.5 of the thickness of the wall of the tube, and the height of the ribs at the top is from 0.5 to 2.5 of the height of the ribs. Winding of the rib is arranged at angle 25° with respect to the axis of the tube with left-side direction of the spiral. Provided is increase of specific area of dissipation and coefficient of heat transfer, this provides intensification of heat exchange. |
