PURPOSE: A device and a method for displaying a danger degree depending on mast twisting of a forklift are provided to protect a worker and loads by enabling a worker to easily confirm the time required for replacing a mast. CONSTITUTION: A device for displaying a danger degree depending on mast twisting of a forklift comprises a sensor(102), a memory(113), a display unit(118), an external force/danger rate calculation unit(116), and a controller(112). The sensor measures the deformed amount of a master. The memory stores a pre-set allowable load. The display unit displays data. The external force/danger rate calculation unit calculates external force and a danger rate using the measured deformed amount of the master. The controller controls the display unit to display measured information. |
