Paper based on recovered papers comprising from about 10% by weight to about 40% by weight of post-consumed recovered paper; from about 60% by weight to about 90% by weight of white recovered paper; from about 0.38% by weight to about 0.45% by weight of one or more size agents, and from about 3.33% by weight to about 3.95 by weight of one or more binding agents. The process for producing such paper consist in forming a paper paste resulting from a mixture of from about 10% by weight to about 40% by weight of post-consumed recovered paper, from about 60% by weight to about 90% by weight of white recovered paper, and from about 0.38% by weight to about 0.45% by weight of one or more binding agents; reacting the paper paste with 0.38% by weight to about 0.45% by weight of one or more size agents and 0.75% by weight to about 0.9% by weight of one or more binding agents; forming and drying a continuous sheet of paper from the paper paste, and reacting the continuous sheet of paper with 2.2 % by weight to about 2.6% by weight of one or more binding agents. |
