TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT OF REFRIGERANT MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND CHARGING TOOL FOR AMMONIA ABSORPTION REFRIGERATOR

Provided is an apparatus for fabricating and charging a refrigerant for a refrigerator of an ammonia absorption type including an absorption tank mixing base materials to fabricate a refrigerant; an ammonia tank connected to one side of the absorption tank to introduce ammonia gas to the absorption tank; a distilled water tank connected to one side of the absorption tank to introduce distilled water which is an absorbing agent to absorb the ammonia gas, to the absorption tank; a cooling device provided at one side of the absorption tank to control the temperature by suppressing the heat generated when the distilled water absorbs the ammonia gas; a circulation pipe provided at one side of a lower portion of the absorption tank to reduce the inner pressure of the absorption tank by circulating the refrigerant mixed in the absorption tank; and a charging pipe provided at one side of the lower portion of the absorption tank to introduce the refrigerant fabricated in the absorption tank to the external device. First, the heat generated when the water serving as the absorbing agent absorbs the ammonia gas which is the eco-friendly refrigerant is controlled by the cooling device, and the raised pressure is lowered by the forcible circulation using the circulation pipe and the solution tank. Second, it is possible to prevent the saturated absorption by controlling the increase in heat and pressure, and it is possible to fabricate the ammonia liquid refrigerant of wanted concentration in the super cooled state according to Henry′s law. Finally, it is possible to accurately calculate the concentration of the ammonia liquid of the super heated state through the temperature and the pressure by use of a resistance temperature detector and a pressure gage.
