The element has a rigid part i.e. sleeve (1), profiled as a rudder of an aircraft and attached to a vertical axle by connection forks (3), where the forks are fixed to a vertical axle (4). The forks are profiled in horizontal metallic plates enclosing the sleeve. A flexible part i.e. elastic strip (2), is inserted in the sleeve. The strip is placed in a symmetry plane of the sleeve, and exceeds toward back through an opening of trailing edge, so that the strip bends inside and outside of the sleeve.
