<p>An embodiment of the present invention provides a light emitting device and an operating method. The light emitting device includes one or more blue light emitting diode dies, one or more red light emitting diode dies, and an electricity connection structure. The blue light emitting diode dies can emit a first color light, the red light emitting diode dies can emit a second color light, and the electricity connection structure emits light by electrically connecting the blue light emitting diode dies and the red light emitting diode dies. When the blue and red light emitting diode dies emit light, the blue and red light emitting diode dies consume a first production rate (W_B) and a second production rate (W_R), respectively; a correlated color temperature (T_N) of the light emitting device is an absolute temperature; an output ratio (R_W) is a ratio value of the first production rate (W_B) to the second production rate (W_R); and the output ratio (R_W) is between approximately 7.67*ln(T_N)-56.6 and approximately 5.01*ln(T_N)-37.2.</p> |
