The assembly has an internal post fixed in a wall mounting, and an external post fixed on a ground. A rope is passed through pre-bored through a reinforcement bracket. The reinforcement bracket is bored in a same axis and clamped between the internal and external posts. The rope attaches a gantry at top. Cable clamps are placed at ends of the rope. Stop clips are provided on the rope and attached at ends of the reinforcement bracket. A mooring rope is provided between a swing base and the ground.
