摘要 <p>The torch comprises a torch body (1), a flue gas sensor (22) comprising a first internal passage and openings placing the first internal passage in fluid communication with the outside of the torch, a curved tubular portion (5) that comprises a second internal passage, is attached to the body and is fluidly connected to the sensor, a welding nozzle (6) fixed to the tubular portion or the sensor, a leakage orifice forming a passage between an ambient atmosphere and an interior of a flue gas discharge conduit of the torch body, and a leakage control member cooperating with the orifice. The torch comprises a torch body (1), a flue gas sensor (22) comprising a first internal passage and openings placing the first internal passage in fluid communication with the outside of the torch, a curved tubular portion (5) that comprises a second internal passage, is attached to the body and is fluidly connected to the sensor, a welding nozzle (6) fixed to the tubular portion or the sensor, a leakage orifice forming a passage between an ambient atmosphere and an interior of a flue gas discharge conduit of the torch body, and a leakage control member cooperating with the orifice to conversely release or partially or totally block the leakage orifice. The torch body further comprises a manipulation handle (2), an electrical control gate (3), and a distance control member (4). The second internal passage of the curved tubular portion and the first internal passage of the flue gas sensor are present in fluid communication with the flue gas discharge conduit passing through the torch body. The leakage orifice and the leakage control member are arranged at a front portion of the torch located between the electrical control gate and the welding nozzle. The leakage control member: is rotationally movable around the curved tubular portion between a closed position in which the leakage orifice is totally blocked by the leakage control member such that no gas stream passes through the leakage orifice and an open position in which the leakage orifice is totally released such that a total gas stream passes through the leakage orifice; is translationally movable on the curved tubular portion; is rotationally movable in an intermediate position located between the closed position and the open position in which the leakage orifice is partially released such that a partial flow gas passes through the leakage orifice; is arranged around the curved tubular portion at a site level to fix the curved tubular portion to the torch body; and is a rotating ring comprising O-shaped sealing gaskets on its inner and/or outer surfaces. The leakage orifice is arranged on the curved tubular portion or between the curved tubular portion and the torch body. An angular path of the leakage control member is 30-60[deg] , and causes the leakage control member in translation so as to allow the operator to release or block the leakage orifice. A translational displacement path of the leakage control member is 2.5 mm. The O-shaped sealing gaskets are positioned in grooves. The curved tubular portion comprises a first internal pipe coming to be connected to a second internal pipe of the torch body. The first and second internal pipes are arranged to convey a welding wire and a shielding gas. The first internal pipe is angled, axially passes through the curved tubular portion, and comprises an upstream end and a downstream end projecting beyond upstream and downstream ends of the curved tubular portion. Independent claims are included for: (1) a welding installation; and (2) an electric arc welding process.</p>
