<p>The present invention provides a virtual touch device using a single camera for controlling an electronic device at a remote place. The virtual touch device includes: a three-dimensional coordinate calculation unit which includes an image sensor, an image acquisition unit for taking images of the body of a user, and a spatial coordinate calculation unit for calculating three-dimensional coordinate data of the body of the user using size data of a pupil, a pointer, or a finger from the images received from the image acquisition unit; and a control unit which includes a touch position calculation unit for calculating contact point coordinate data at which a line connecting first spatial coordinates and second spatial coordinates, which are received from the three-dimensional coordinate calculation unit, and an electronic device are met and a virtual touch processing unit for generating a command code for executing a designated action for the contact point coordinate data received from the touch position calculation unit and inputting the command code into a main control unit of the electronic device. By doing so, it is possible to calculate three-dimensional coordinate data of the body of the user without installing two or more cameras or adding a light source.</p> |
