Provided is an oscillation circuit capable of generating a convex pulse wave. An oscillation method using the oscillation circuit connecting a plurality of MOSFETs in a ring shape grounds some of connection lines between each MOSFET without grounding a driving power source of the MOSFET and obtains an oscillation waveform between a probe and the ground by providing the probe to the connection line in which the odd number of MOSFETs are connected from the ground.
