The present invention provides a refueling pipe structure for preventing a car from being filled up with different types of fuel. Fueling pipes have different lengths from each other according to kinds of supplied fuel, wherein the longer a refueling pipe is, the bigger outer diameter the fuelling pipe has. A fuel inlet of a fuel tank has an internal diameter which a refueling pipe, which feeds one type of fuel and corresponds to one type of an inlet, is capable of entering and which a refueling pipe, which has a bigger diameter than that of the refueling pipe corresponding to the inlet, is incapable of entering; and a sealing cap opened and closed by being rotated therein, wherein the sealing cap is pushed to open when the refueling pipe corresponding to the inlet enters the fuel inlet. A fueling pipe, which has a smaller outer diameter than that of the refueling pipe corresponding to the inlet, is too short to enter the fuel tank inlet and to open the sealing cap, thereby being prevented from refueling a car. |
