The device has a set of posts (1) including three grooves (3-5). The grooves are shifted with regard to a longitudinal axis. A set of blades is arranged in a juxtaposed manner, where a set of ends of the blades is maintained in an aligned manner in two of the grooves. A set of illuminants i.e. LEDs (32, 33), is dimensioned so as to be placed in one of unused grooves. A mask (30) is arranged in a transparent or translucent manner to seal the groove that is intended for receiving the illuminants. An independent claim is also included for an enclosure. |
