The card (10) has an electronic circuit (14), and a coupling element (18) moved in mechanical manner with respect to an antenna (16). Electromagnetic coupling of the electronic circuit with the antenna depends on position of the coupling element. The electronic circuit comprises a reel, and the electromagnetic coupling of the electronic circuit with the antenna is managed through the reel. The coupling element is placed in order to be moved, so that a zone of the coupling element is placed outside the reel and the antenna in a position of the coupling element. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for utilizing a smart card (2) a method for manufacturing a smart card.
