The system (1) has two rods (2) whose upper ends are interconnected by a crosspiece. One of the rods includes a notch (4) for blocking the sliding motion of the rods. The notch includes a bottom radial section (5) registered in a line. A drawer (8) is limited in translation towards a sleeve (7) by a rubber band (9). A radial cutting edge of the drawer is provided as a part of another line and arranged to be engaged in the notch when the edge and the notch are provided opposite to each other under the effect of the rubber band for blocking the motion of the rods, where the lines are secants.
