The exchanger (1) has a heat exchange bundle (3) for exchanging heat between two fluid. An envelope (5) houses the bundle and comprises opposite ends (25, 27) exceeding on two sides of the bundle. A fluid inlet and outlet collecting box (7) comprises a groove (35) for receiving one of the ends of the envelope and an adhesive to assemble the bundle to the box by bonding. Complementary holding units formed by undulations (43) and openings (45) are formed on one of the exceeding ends and a side wall of the box delimiting the reception groove associated with the exceeding end.
